INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. WHY THIS INFORMATION

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“Regulation”), this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult the Parent Projet website https://www.parentproject.it/ (“Site” ). The data controller of such data is therefore Parent Project, Via Pietro de Francisci, 36 – 00165 Rome, Tel. 06-66182811 – fax 06-66188428 – email info@parentproject.it (“Data Controller”). This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached via hypertext links that may be published on the sites but refer to resources external to the parentproject.it domain.

2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE DATA CONTROLLER

Following consultation of the Site, the Data Controller may find itself having to process the following data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons: navigation data such as those relating to the IP address, the identification codes of the devices used by the user to use the site or services, the characteristics of the browser and access times, the user’s browsing experience; common identifying data provided by the user (e.g. name, surname, email, telephone number, etc.) for the use of the products and services requested (e.g. membership or newsletter subscription); particular categories of data provided voluntarily by the user to use specific services.

4. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING

The Data Controller mainly processes personal data by electronic means and for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected and/or provided, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, non-excess and relevance established by law. For the methods, limits and conditions of the processing of the cases referred to in point 3 letter c), please refer to the individual specific information published on the pages of the site and prepared for the provision of the requested services. With reference to the purposes referred to in point 3 letter a) we inform you that the provision of data is mandatory and that failure to achieve it will make it impossible for Parent Project to provide the requested goods or services. Limited to the hosting service used by Parent Project, it is possible that navigation data, such as data relating to the IP address, the identification codes of the devices used by the user to use the site or services, the characteristics of the browser and access times, are transferred to servers located outside the European Union area and processed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the Regulation and authorized on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union. All necessary precautions are therefore adopted in order to guarantee the most complete protection of personal data by basing this transfer: a) on adequacy decisions of the recipient third countries expressed by the European Commission; b) on adequate guarantees expressed by the third party recipient pursuant to art. 46 of the Regulation; c) on the adoption of binding corporate rules, so-called. Corporate binding rules. The user can still contact Parent Project to obtain a copy of such data and the place where it is available. No other data is communicated or disseminated, nor is it processed outside the territory of the European Union. The data is processed for the entire duration of the execution of the requested services and is kept for the following 12 months for the purpose of completing administrative activities, as well as for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations.

5. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

Pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 it is possible at any time to exercise the right to: a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data; b) obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and the retention period; c) obtain the rectification and deletion of data; d) obtain the limitation of processing; e) obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments; f) object to processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes; g) oppose an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling; h) ask the data controller to access personal data and to rectify or cancel them or limit the processing that concerns them or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability; i) revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation; j) lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

6. COOKIE POLICY

This site uses so-called cookies. technical cookies or cookies that are used to navigate or provide a service requested by the user. The site also uses analytical cookies, installed by third parties unrelated to the site, which serve to monitor the use of the site by users for the purpose of optimizing it, equated in accordance with the rules of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data to technical cookies : although these cookies are used to detect the user’s experience of use, the Owner has reduced their identification power and has configured the service in such a way as to prevent the third party from cross-referencing the information with that which it already has.
